Utilities > Data Transport Utilities > Export Utility, click Setup ‘Select’ Files

Export Name

User-defined export definition name

Select Search Files

Select File(s) for the export definition

Sort Fields

Defines sort order

Break

Creates an export record whenever the value in the Sort field changes
